I did the project for Web Mining Lab of City University of HK. The project visualized the landscape of Internet studies during 2000-2009 based on the paper by our lab members.
The tools we used include Processing, R and Phothoshop.
About the Paper
What does ‘Internet studies’ entail as a field of social science research? We aim to answer the question by mapping research themes, theorization and methodology of Internet studies based on 27,000+ articles published in SSCI and A&HCI journals over the last 10 years.
